Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with AutoBook. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for the setup fee and for your monthly subscription.

1. Setup & onboarding fee

• If you cancel before setup work on your system has started, you will receive a full refund of the setup fee.
• Once setup work has started, the setup fee is non-refundable, as it covers the configuration of your system.

2. Monthly subscription

• Your first month is free.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time, with no long-term commitment.
• When you cancel, your system keeps working until the end of your current paid month. You won't be charged again.
• We do not provide refunds for a month that has already started.

3. Failed payments

If a monthly payment fails, your system will be paused after 7 days. Your settings are kept, and the system is reactivated once payment is completed.

4. Rejoining

If you rejoin within 3 months of cancelling, you will not need to pay the setup fee again.

5. How to request a refund or cancel

Email us at autobookai.team@gmail.com or send a request through your personal assistant. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
