AutoBook Ambassador Agreement

1. The role
An AutoBook Ambassador is an official representative of the brand and its face on social media. This role requires commitment, professionalism and investment – it is not a one-time collaboration.
2. What the Ambassador receives
- The full AutoBook system for free (normally $780 setup + $150 a month), as long as the role is active – for the Ambassador's own business, or a personal demo system if they don't have one. This includes all channels, including WhatsApp and Instagram once they launch.
- A personal code (e.g. NAME10) that gives businesses 10% off the setup fee.
- A commission for every business that joins with the personal code: $75 each for businesses 1–5 in a month, and $100 each from the 6th business in the same month. The count resets every calendar month.
- Monthly bonuses: 5+ posts in a month: $10 · 3+ businesses in a month: $10
- Ambassador of the Month: $20 + a feature on @autobook.co (chosen by content, views and businesses).
- A monthly leaderboard for all Ambassadors.
3. When and how commissions are paid
- Commissions and bonuses are paid via Wise by the 10th of each month, for the previous month.
- A commission is earned only when the referred business has paid the setup fee in full and its system is live.
- If the setup fee is refunded (for example, the business cancels before setup work starts) or the payment is reversed through a chargeback, no commission is due for that business. If the commission was already paid, the amount will be deducted from the next payout.
4. What the Ambassador commits to
- Publish at least 2 pieces of content per month about AutoBook, in English, as a Collab with @autobook.co. Any format counts: Reels, videos, posts, carousels or stories.
- Mention the personal code in the content.
- Present AutoBook in an honest, respectful and professional way, and never promise features or prices that aren't part of the package.
- Send the original video files upon request.
5. Exclusivity
While the role is active, the Ambassador will not promote, recommend or collaborate with competing products or services, including AI chatbots and assistants for businesses, appointment booking systems and apps, and automated reply tools for messages, Instagram or WhatsApp.
6. Content usage
AutoBook may use content the Ambassador published as part of the role on all of its channels, including paid ads, with credit to the Ambassador. Content published during the role may continue to be used after it ends.
7. Paid promotion
The Ambassador may promote their content with paid ads, at their own expense and discretion. AutoBook does not reimburse ad spend.
8. Real views and engagement
Bought or fake views, followers or engagement will cancel bonus eligibility and may lead to ending the role.
9. If the terms are not met
- One month below the content minimum: a reminder.
- Two months: the role ends, and the free system is turned off or moved to the regular price, at the Ambassador's choice.
- Commissions already earned will be paid in full.
10. Ending the role
Either side may end the role by email, with 14 days' notice.
11. Ambassador status
The Ambassador acts independently and is not an employee of AutoBook. The Ambassador is responsible for reporting and paying taxes on commissions and bonuses received.
12. Updates
AutoBook may update the program terms with advance notice by email.
