Terms of Use
Last updated: October 2026
These terms govern the use of AutoBook (the "Company", "we", "us") by the business that subscribes to it (the "Client"). By subscribing, submitting the sign-up form or paying for AutoBook, the Client accepts these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy.
1. The software
- AutoBook is booking software for service businesses. It answers client inquiries based on the information provided by the Client, and books, cancels and reschedules appointments directly in the Client's Google Calendar.
- Each Client gets a chat link that can be shared on Instagram, Google Business Profile, a website or anywhere else, plus a personal assistant for updating business information.
- Setup and onboarding are included in the plan. The software is configured for the Client's business based on the details submitted in the sign-up form.
- Conversation records, summaries and statistics are retained and made available to the Client in accordance with Section 5 below.
2. Pricing and payment
- The plan includes a one-time setup fee and a monthly subscription fee, as published on our pricing page.
- The setup fee is paid in advance. Configuration begins only after payment is received and all details are complete. The system is live within up to 5 business days.
- The first month of the subscription is free. Subscriptions are billed monthly on the sign-up date.
- The launch price stays locked as long as the subscription is active, for the current plan. Additional channels or features may involve an additional charge, according to the price list in effect at that time.
3. Cancellation and refunds
- The Client may cancel at any time, with no long-term commitment. The system keeps working until the end of the current paid month.
- The setup fee is fully refunded if cancelled before setup work starts, and is non-refundable once setup work has started.
- Full details are in our Refund Policy.
4. Client responsibilities
- The Client is responsible for ensuring that the information it provides (services, prices, service durations, opening hours and policies) is accurate and up to date.
- The Client is responsible for entering into the calendar any appointment, block or change made other than through AutoBook.
- The Client is responsible for complying with the privacy and consumer protection laws that apply to it toward its own customers, including informing them about the use of AutoBook and the retention of conversation records.
- The Client agrees not to use AutoBook for any unlawful, misleading or abusive purpose.
5. Conversation records, data and retention
- The Company retains the content of conversations held through the Client's chat link, together with summaries and statistics, and makes them available to the Client for handling inquiries, monitoring and improving its service.
- Access to the records is limited to the Client and the Company. The Company accesses the information solely for operation, support, security and improvement of the software.
- Conversation records and summaries are retained for up to 12 months from the date of each conversation and are then deleted automatically, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- With respect to the information of end customers, the Client is the owner of and party responsible for the information, and the Company processes it on the Client's behalf.
6. Limitations
- AutoBook uses automated technology and may make mistakes. It answers solely based on the information provided by the Client and does not provide medical, legal or professional advice.
- AutoBook books appointments according to the availability shown in the Client's calendar and the opening hours set by the Client.
- The Company does not collect payments from end customers, including cancellation fees.
- AutoBook relies on third-party providers (such as Google and Cloudflare). The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free availability, but will act to fix issues as soon as possible.
7. Limitation of liability
- The Company will not be liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of revenue, profits or customers.
- In any event, the Company's total liability will not exceed the amount actually paid by the Client in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Suspension
If a monthly payment fails, the system is paused after 7 days and the settings are kept. In case of a breach of these terms, the Company may suspend access after notifying the Client.
9. Intellectual property
The software, code and design of AutoBook are the exclusive property of the Company. Content and information provided by the Client remain the Client's property.
10. End of subscription
When the subscription ends, the Client's chat link is deactivated. Upon the Client's request submitted before the end of the subscription, a copy of the stored information will be provided, and the information will be deleted within 30 days of the end date.
11. Changes to these terms
The Company may update these terms with 30 days' notice to the Client by email. Changes will not affect the locked price of an active subscription.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
