Build fee

The one-time $99 fee pays for building and setting up your assistant, which happens automatically right after payment. Because the work is done immediately, this fee is non-refundable. You confirm this before you pay.

Monthly subscription

• You can cancel at any time from your app.
• After you cancel, your assistant keeps working until the end of the month you have already paid for. You will not be charged again.
• We do not refund a month that has already started.

Launch prices

Launch prices stay with your account only while your subscription is active. If you cancel, the launch price ends. If you come back later, the regular price at that time applies.

Coming back

If you rejoin within 3 months of cancelling, you do not pay the build fee again. Your previous settings can be restored.

Failed payments

If a monthly payment fails, we will let you know. If it is not resolved within 7 days, your assistant is paused and your settings are kept until you update your payment details.

Billing errors

If you were charged by mistake, for example twice for the same month, contact us and we will refund the extra charge.
